- Bandwidth and download throttling for excessively accessed public links.
- API rate limiting.
- Temporary account restrictions or read-only modes during active abuse investigations.
7. Shared Links
QuixiCloud allows you to generate public links to share your files. You are solely responsible for the content you distribute via Shared Links. If a Shared Link is found to be distributing Prohibited Content, the link will be disabled immediately.

We reserve the right to disable access to allegedly infringing content while conducting an investigation. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
9. Abuse Reporting
We rely on our community and the broader internet ecosystem to help keep QuixiCloud safe. If you encounter content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it immediately:
- Copyright Infringement / DMCA: copyright@quixicloud.com
- Malware, Phishing, & Fraud: abuse@quixicloud.com
- Harmful Content (including CSAM): abuse@quixicloud.com
10. Investigation
QuixiCloud reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Because we utilize strong encryption, we cannot broadly scan the contents of your files. However, during an investigation, we may utilize account metadata, connection logs, public Shared Links, and other necessary operational information to protect the Service and comply with applicable law, fully respecting the boundaries of our Privacy Policy.
11. Enforcement Actions
If we determine that a violation of this AUP has occurred, we may take one or more of the following enforcement actions at our sole discretion:
- Issue a formal warning.
- Disable or remove the violating Shared Link or content.
- Temporarily suspend account access.
- Permanently terminate the Account and delete all associated data without a refund.
- Report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
12. Appeals
We recognize that mistakes can occasionally happen (e.g., false positives on malware detection). If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@quixicloud.com. Our compliance team will review the appeal and make a final determination.
13. Updates to this Policy
QuixiCloud reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to address new threats, legal requirements, or platform changes. We will provide notice of material updates where appropriate. Continued use of the Service following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
