What is QuixiCloud?
QuixiCloud is secure cloud storage and automatic backup built for India — with native apps, India data center options, INR/UPI billing, and end-to-end encryption for personal and business files.
What are the per-file upload limits versus file sharing limits?
Single-file upload limits range from 2GB on monthly plans to 5GB–20GB on annual tiers. For file and folder sharing, you can generate share links for content up to your available account capacity — supporting transfers from 2GB up to 900GB+ without timeouts, backed by our optimized streaming configuration.
What is "Quixi OS"?
Quixi OS is our custom-tuned environment designed specifically for data integrity. It utilizes the ZFS file system and HBA controllers to prevent file corruption (bit-rot) and helping protect your data against corruption and bit rot.
How does QuixiCloud secure my data?
We use a multi-layered security approach:
  • Client-Side Encryption (Supported Features): Files are encrypted before leaving your device on supported features, with streaming encryption via Upload Replay Mode for web uploads.
  • Infrastructure Safety: Real-time monitoring via Fail2Ban and automatic IP blocking.
  • Account Protection: Mandatory 2FA options and secure, password-protected link sharing.
Is QuixiCloud GDPR compliant?
Yes. QuixiCloud supports India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and offers India data center options. We also support GDPR where EU processing applies.
What payment methods do you support?
We offer secure and flexible payment options for both our Indian and international users. We currently accept:
  • Razorpay & Instamojo: For seamless domestic transactions within India, supporting UPI, Net Banking, and all major Debit/Credit cards.
