Credit Points Terms & Conditions

  • Points Expiration: Credit points may expire if not used within 12 months. Users will be notified of approaching expiration.
  • Non-Transferable: Credit points cannot be transferred to another user’s account.
  • Usage Limits: Free Users cannot withdraw points unless they upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Refunds and Adjustments: Once points are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or reversed.
  • Changes: We may update the Credit Points Management system to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes.
